2008 Baggage Customer Conference

The 2008 WorldTracer Customer Conference will be held in Buenos Aires Argentina from 27-30 October 2008. The conference sessions will be held in the conference hotel:

As in previous years, Ms. Amy Thomas will be SITA’s Event Coordinator for taking
your registrations for the WorldTracer Conference and your hotel reservation request.

This year your hotel reservations at the PanAmericano Buenos Aires Hotel are to be made
directly with the hotel’s website. The address for the Customer Conference Reservations page,
which is specific to the WorldTracer Customer Conference, is very long so we created a short
address to make it easier using the "TinyURL.com" utility.

The above address will take you directly to the hotel reservation form for the WorldTracer
Customer Conference. The website is very easy to use. Select your check-in and check-out
dates, then the type of room. Breakfast for one is included in the conference rate and USD 10
for additional persons.

It is suggested that you make reservations even if you are unsure if you will be able to attend.
The hotel has advised that this will be a very busy period at the hotel and urge you to make
your reservations as soon as possible to ensure space is available. As indicated on the hotel
webpage you can cancel your reservation 24 hours or more in advance and avoid a cancellation
fee if you will not be attending.

Please be sure to register for the conference with Ms. Amy Thomas to ensure that we have
enough materials for you and anyone from your company that is attending.

name and code.

A maximum of two members from one company may be seated at the delegate table. Members
are encouraged to bring a small desk-size company flag to the meeting. The exact dates and
times for each module and other events will be announced in late August following the
Coordinating Committee meeting.
