The 2010 WorldTracer Customer Conference will be held in Hong Kong from 25October
through 27October 2010.

No later than 13September 2010. Requests received after that date MAY NOT be guaranteed. It is suggested
that you make your reservations even if you are unsure if you can attend. Reservations can be cancelled
no later than 72 hours prior to arrival with no penalty.
A maximum of two members from one company may be seated at the delegate table. Members are
encouraged to bring a small desk size company flag to the meeting. The exact dates for each module and
other events will be announced in late August following the Coordinating Committee Meeting.
